Exchanging Business Culture / The Next Frontier:
Diversity in the Corporate Boardroom Only 20 per cent of the world can actively remember Americas internal struggles with building the Nations human capital the step necessary for the Nation to benefit from by being able to add diverse skills and talents into the workforce. Part of Americas challenge today is to build on the development of the diversity movement. And to begin to implement Diversity Best Practices in all phases of American life, especially in business in order to begin exchanging the business culture of the elite to the diverse generations to follow, which is in corporate practices the step that will move the Nation along into the next frontier of using its 20th Century investment in diversity to grow and prosper in the 21st Century. I'm on board with Boardroom Bound and think that they are doing great work! The Lou Holland Growth Fund gained two women trustees for its Board through them and now Carla Carstens is our Audit Chair and JoAnn Lilek is our Board Chair! Based on our experience with Boardroom Bound, I would recommend them to companies that are serious about making their board more diverse."
Louis A. Holland, Founding Partner & Investment Strategist, Holland Capital Management LP and the Lou Holland Growth Fund. I found it to be an excellent seminar
career altering experience for me and radically changed how I am managing my career strategy. The network of people that I was exposed to was priceless. |
