The Boardology™ Institute presents a director-candidate development program in an intensive TWO-day seminar framework. It is designed to jump-start prospective candidates’ preparation for corporate board service AND to equip them with tools and insights to conduct successful Board Appointment Campaigns.

Overview

First Day: From 8 am to 5:30 pm (includes breakfast, lunch & snacks)
Second Day: From 8 am to 5 pm (includes breakfast, lunch & snacks)

As a result of this program, attendees will:

  1. Develop broader perspective & deeper understanding of board service requirements
  2. Identify areas of needed development in order to qualify for board service.
  3. Create a strategic action plan to address developmental issues and realize an appointment
  4. Forge a relationship with Boardroom Bound as a resource for implementing their strategy
  5. Create a network of peer and professional support that includes CEOs & Board Directors

The Pipeline Seminar is facilitated by a team selected for their dual expertise in group dynamics and ability to provide Boardology® Coaching services. They “walk the talk” as do our guest presenters who are recognized experts in their fields. Guest CEOs and Directors share their candid and unvarnished experience(s) to give candidates an “insider” perspective on the boardroom.
