The Boardology™ Institute presents a developmental program for business leaders seeking to become viable candidates for business board service. The intensive TWO-day is designed to help participants make the commitment to become director candidates AND to equip them with the tools and insights necessary to establish the requisite credentials.  Limited to 30 participants per seminar.

As a result of this program, attendees will:

  1. Develop an in-depth understanding of for-profit board service requirements
  2. Identify areas of needed development in order to establish director-candidate credentials 
  3. Begin create a Strategic Action Plan to address developmental issues and preparation needs 
  4. Forge a relationship with Boardroom Bound as a resource for implementing their strategy
  5. Create a network of peer and professional support that includes CEOs & Board Directors

Boardology™ 400© - The Pipeline Seminar is facilitated by a team selected for their dual expertise in group dynamics and ability to provide Boardology™ Coaching services. They “walk the talk” as do our guest presenters who are recognized experts in their fields. Guest CEOs and Directors share their candid and unvarnished experience(s) to give candidates an “insider” perspective on the boardroom.
Boardroom Bound® was incorporated in Washington, DC as a 501(C)(3) organization and is headquartered in Northbrook, IL. To date we have over 1,000 pre-qualified candidates in our database and have helped 33 companies with 34 board appointments.
